At Whiskers Laces, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new laces aren't the perfect match for your footwear, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns or exchanges on all unworn items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the original, unused laces back into their individual packaging and secure them in a standard mailing envelope or the original shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
